Product Returns

Products which are shown on the SKP Medical Supplies site at the time of order will be accepted for return only on the following conditions:

1. Goods must be returned using the returns slip printed on the Company's delivery note, and must be accompanied by your account number, the number of the invoice upon which the goods were supplied and full details of the reason for return. Goods will not be accepted for return and credited if the original invoice cannot be traced.

2. Goods returned must be in a condition suitable for re-sale, and inclusive of all original packaging, operating instructions, guarantee card and accessories.

Processes for return

1) Please fill out the returns slip printed on SKP Medical Supplies delivery note which will have been included in the parcel in which your order was delivered.
2) Please enter the quantity of the items you are returning and select a reason for return from one of the listed options.
3) Place the returns slip along with the items you are returning inside the parcel.
4) Take the parcel to your local Post Office or find different delivery methods.
5) Please get a receipt from the post office or other courier as proof of postage.
6) Please keep the Parcel Summary displaying your order details and quote your order reference on all correspondence with us.
7) You need to contact us before sending a return via E-mail or Post to:

8) All returns must be sent to SKP Medical Supplies, 28 Station Road, Belvedere, Kent, DA17 6JJ.
Goods, which are accepted for return, will be acknowledged or the SKP Medical Supplies will raise a credit note within 10 days of receipt of such goods. The SKP Medical Supplies will not credit goods, which are damaged or lost in transit, as it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that Goods are adequately packaged and labelled.
